Overview
The SUBEX Junior 1 course is designed for our youngest guests from 8 years old. The course is conducted with one, maximum two participants. The maximum diving depth is 3 to 5 m with a maximum diving time of 30 minutes.
Prerequisites
- The child/ teenager must have a level of development so that he/ she is not physically or psychologically overtaxed during the execution of the program.
- No previous diving knowledge is required, but swimming skills are required.
About the course:
Course content:
2 dives (only 1 dive per day) with pre- and post-dive briefings suitable for children. The topics of handling the equipment, understanding simple signs, agility in the water by playing, handling the diving equipment, swimming, snorkeling with ABC and safety, are covered and practiced.
Information:
- The course is certified with the CMAS/VDST/GDL Junior 1 (this corresponds to the Delphin 1 or VDST KTSA Bronze).
